My children will eat whatever I tell them to eat.

If they’re hungry they will eat it. It’s that simple. Fussy eaters just end up as unsatisfied adults. Kids need to try things to develop their palates, they can’t do that if you just give in and let them eat crap.

Psychologists state that forcing children to eat something that they don't like, is bad for their health? Below is exclusive footage of one of the psychologist's children. #pic.twitter.com/aJ55VulgD9

That's happened since the beginning of time and we're all still here. We get to eat what we want as adults

Sure, just go broke cooking 15 meals a night for 4 kids, I'm sure foster care would be less traumatic, smh.

Being forced to eat green beans as a kid STILL traumatizes me.

Hahaha... what in the world? If we keep letting the children make decisions what will they need parents for?

Just keep putting out the healthiest food you can afford. When they are hungry they will eat. It 'can' take children a large number of attempts to eat a new food. Just keep putting it out and 'try' to have as few emotional responses to their eating as possible.

Oh, please! Just. stop. I grew up in an era when parents, not children, made the decisions. Children are too young to know what is best for them. This is one of many reasons bratty kids grow up to be bratty adults.

Good points, however, I draw the line at making a separate meal for each kid.

You're kidding right? It's amazing how everyone ages 30 and up have managed to survive being force feed broccoli... It's these stories that are not good for "their physical, emotional or psychological health"
-
I'm in my late 40's & there r foods I won't eat b/c I was forced 2 eat them as a child. I

Or because you simply don't like them.

One role of the parent is to instruct and guide in making good choices. Sometimes they won't like it but that parenthood.
