All I can say is when you leave early because a comeback is unlikely you miss out on the most magical moments of baseball.https://youtu.be/vZmwpswhUjo

This is probably one of the best examples of all time of that. I was at this game and probably would have bounced had it not been for the fact that a few of the people I was there with were Padre fanspic.twitter.com/uBau7WRqhV

I get chills every time I watch this! Glad you got to see it in person! How did your Padres fan friends react? Haha

They were giving a hard time that I gave up on the Dodgers. I remember they were just laughing because they couldn't believe what had happened. I think it was a Monday night game and I decided to go with them at the last second

I'll stay and take that 5% chance every single time. Why? Because when your team is behind and it happens, it creates a euphoric life long memory seared into your heart for you & whoever you are with to share. You don't get that sitting in the car on the ride home.

Always stay until the end. Don’t be a Dodger fan.

This Dodgers fan has never left a game early in his life.

Except when Kirk Gibson was up to bat against Dennis Eckersley in the WS...

Sorry, I read your tweet wrong. Though you meant LAD fans never leave early.

Dodger Stadium seats 56,000 fans, the most of any team in MLB and they lead the league in attendance year after year. The Dodgers have more fans that leave early than even attend most other teams' games.

I’m a
@Yankees fan. See you in the World Series!

I want to live at the ballpark but they always make me leave.

Gotta step up that hide and seek game.
-
Ive been covering my eyes like my kid does when he wants to hide but it's not working.
-
MLB has really gotten good at sniffing out the old peek-a-boo since they started using advanced analytics. You’ve really gotta look hard now. Try under seats, or in the bullpen garbage can. Bonus: free sunflower seeds!
-
You're right. There was that chapter in Moneyball about teaching Hatteberg how to pick out hiders. I should reread it.

I won’t give out my preferred hiding spot in public, but it rhymes with Shmotdog Fender Shtand
@cle_ItIsGone knows my rhyme game is
