I will protest this the only way I can: I won't EVER stay or place another bet, or eat at, any MGM hotel in #LasVegas again, unless the lawsuit against these parties are dismissed.

Before giving your opinion, read the entire article. Thank you

I did. And still offer my opinion. Legal maneuvering under these circumstances, while understandable, is optically horrible.

Key word “optically”

Ok but what is “suing MGM” goin to change for this situation OTHER than line your bank account? What is YOUR (victim) motivation for suing? Isn’t that EQUALLY disgusting? I’m am SO VERY sorry for your loss, pain, and suffering! But living your life is always a potential hazard.

In reality, MGM is protecting itself. MGM isn’t responsible for a psycho’s behavior. The victims, no matter how much they have suffered, are owed nothing other than sympathy from MGM. The only reason they would sue MGM is they see $$, or more specifically, their lawyers see $$.

The hotel doesn't want to be sued. America's favorite past time. I don't think the hotel should be sued either. Too much of that going on and it will not bring a lost loved one back.

Poor optics. But it speaks volumes on how MGM thinks people should be treated.

MGM has nothing to do with that massacre
-
MGM owns Mandalay Bay.
-
And so? Mandalay Bay did not cause the massacre either. They should not be held responsible for the acts of a psycho. This is all about lawyers for the victims going after whoever has the most money and nothing about who is really to blame for these acts.
