Funny how some people need a gun to feel superior in a verbal altercation.

This was not a verbal, mate. Not a justified shooting, but also clearly not a verbal. Let's keep it honest here.

Dont park illegally in handicapped spots and certainly dont attack other people because if you do might not get to eat your snacks.

It doesn’t say that anywhere in this article Rob. I haven’t read any other articles, but according to this one, that tweet is completely made up.

Police are not the final say. State prosecutors can and should still charge him. The law is not a license to murder. If a person is backing away they are not an immediate threat

Justice in the court room will not be forthcoming. Take it to civil court the preponderance of evidence is much lower. If he has land you take it, bank accounts you take it, cars, trunks and his guns you take that. Sue the store owner the guy should have never been allowed there.

Make them feel your pain. Money won't bring your beloved back but it will hopefully help you to move on someday. May God be with you.

Did Goldberg actually say that?

If she did everyone in the world would know it.

If the murderer has a history of assaulting people, why is he allowed to carry a concealed weapon? The laws suck.

This was NOT stand you're ground. The shooter was harassing the lady and kids for something that's NONE of his buisness, he has no right to play COP. The poor guy who got shot was defending his family. Harrass my girl and kids, you would get the same reaction.

How does a "stand your ground" defense apply if one of the people has a gun. I could be ignorant, but I thought the law was a person can't escalate an altercation. Or use more force than what's been applied to them. This sounds to me from what I hear to be at least manslaughter.
