In a very narrow sense, I can see your point. But in this country, this great country of ours, this democracy, we can and we should question our elected representatives. Including the president.

Except he said questioning. He didn’t say legal. He literally said questioning. And yes, we have the right as citizens to question whatever the fuck we want!
-
By the way, with Maga what year are you referring to? What exactly are we trying to get back to?
-
I would guess the 1950s. Just after World War II with veterans flush with cash and suburban sprawl beginning. And before civil rights legislation. Oh my goodness wasn’t all right with the world back then (sarcasm)

You can’t question? So the President is above the law? He and Rudy need to go away.

Really, interesting because that Dershowitz logic sure didn’t work or even hold water when Obama was President. But now all the sudden it’s the President is above the law? Above answering for his actions? Above even being questioned? Nope. No person is.

Why not...questioning is what makes our country great. Checks and balances.

Unfortunately there is no legality in what Teddy said.
-
And then you must ask yourself what is more important, legality or morals? It is NOT illegal to criticize the president, no matter how much Trump wishes otherwise.

What the hell is he talking? about of course you can. This ridiculous. Since when is a president a king or a god that we can’t question when or if he’s done something wrong? Why are they trying to elevate this man to a level he does not deserve? This is brainwashing!
-
I think he means from a legal perspective.
-
Specifically for when he is using a pardon, etc.
-
He’s under investigation, therefore all his intent and motive matters.
