75 former US attorneys seem not to understand that the AG is a racist
-
And by racist you mean he is upholding the law right?

This is a a policy started by Trump and and sessions the keebler confederate elf can stop this today.
-
The policy of enforcing the law is not a new revelation.

This is no more child abuse than any American kid who is put in the system when his/her parents go to prison, and that is nothing new...

So asylum is a criminal act. We are withdrawing from the human rights counsel so we can act with all the barbarism and cruelty we want now. Also immigrants are not guaranteed legal counsel which is just fucked up especially if it's a 4 yo child.
-
Crossing the rio grand in the middle of the night is a criminal act. Seek asylum at one of the 320+ designated points of entry into the United States and this won’t happen.
-
Those whom have are still separated from their children. Just because something is a law, doesn't make it right. Segregation and slavery was once legal too, why was that ended?
-
Because the lawmakers in this country made it law that segregation and slavery is not legal.

There is NO policy...it’s the law! Obama implemented a policy of catch and release. Trump is enforcing the law, period.
-
Hell at this point they're even calling it policy . Prove its a law.
-
The policy refers to a zero tolerance for illegal entry. Obama allowed those caught to be released until their court date, nearly all of whom never showed up. As the chart shows, children cannot remain with parents after an arrest nor when entering unaccompanied.pic.twitter.com/AwBgabnFvV

Secretary Nielsen reported yesterday that 10,000 of the 12,000 children in HHS custody were not accompanied by a parent. We could send them back, but would you rather do that than provide them with temporary protective services?
-
I would like to know which department handles the reunification of these children and their parents. It still does not give us the right to strip the others away from their parents on a misdemeanor.
-
Illegal immigrants do not have rights under the Constitution. I understand your point, however; nobody actually wants to see families torn apart. That said, most children are being sent here without their parents in hopes that chain migration will get the parents here as well.
