Did the #liegeattack killer use the policewomen s own guns to kill them? What was their training? Try to talk him out of it? @ABC

He stabbed them in the back. There's not much they could have done.

Men are stronger and faster then women. They have no business on the streets. More of an impediment than help for regular citizens

Yep. There's tons of radical Buddhists, Mormons, Christians, Catholics, Jews, and Scientologists doing things like this on a daily basis in the name of their religions.

They’re all ruining lives (and minds) to some extend, but yes, Islamists are undoubtedly doing the most harm in civilized society today. I just think we need to be consistent and dismiss *all* the fairytales. If adults still believe in the Easter bunny they help, not respect.

Human beings are a tribal species. You remove religion and then something else will pop up to take it's place almost immediately. If people want to be religious and those religions want to teach treating people well and helping others. That's good. Many fall short though.

We don’t get our morals from religion (on the contrary). We get them from society. You say we’re tribal, but here in Scandinavia we do pretty well without making stuff up. There’s no excuse anymore with easy access “all” human knowledge on the web.

Believe it or not, but not everyone gets their morals or sense of self in the same way that you did. I firmly believe that some people need religion and would be lost or dangerous without it. Humans are tribal. Extremely tribal.

Yes we are. We are also great at adapting and learning. And if we grow up in a society that teaches us how to behave, how to reason, we “stand on shoulders of giants”. It’s all about being raised well/right. Religion messes up “good thinking” because it contradicts reality.
