Incredible video shows devastating force of today's flash flooding in Ellicott City, Maryland. There were no immediate reports of any injuries. Two years ago another rainstorm killed two residents and significantly impacted local businesses. https://abcn.ws/2IRrHKM pic.twitter.com/krck534PJJ

This happened 2 years ago. It was a 100 year flood. 2 years ago. Frederick built the flood control to protect downtown, too. Downtown flooded last week. Just like 3 yrs ago. 100 year flood? Getting awfully familiar.
-
In Virginia Beach they stopped selling hurricane insurance to oceanfront properties and only Lloyd’s of London will cover the shore properties. Every year there is a bad Nor’easter with 100 year floods.
-
Too much more climate change and that oceanfront property will be all ocean and no front.

Old EC is victim of not so smart urban growth that was fueled by greedy developers & laxed policies. With new developments on hills above EC rain water rushes down Main Street. Add global warming & we see 100 floodings within 2 years of each other. Small businesses suffer most
-
Miami is disappearing, too. Drought last month and serious flooding now.
-
I saw a documentary about Miami being in similar situation like Venice, slowly being swallowed by rising waters, but hey no global warming here (insert sarcasm)
-
I hope that is Trump looking for his hair.
