Yeah, exactly. The question, though, is an interesting one: Is critical race theory Marxist? Absolutely not, but it should be. CRT is a legal analysis but it lacks a material analysis. Without that it's just about law, something for lawyers alone to care about.
Critical race theory is a way looking at race— a way of looking at why, after so many centuries since Emancipation, we have patterns of inequalities that are enduring.
