Democrat here. Critical Race Theory doesn’t lead to racial justice. All it ends up doing is inflaming racial animus on all sides. American history is already being taught, and speaking out against harmful indoctrination in public schools does not infringe upon free speech.

Many independents, Democrats, and people on the left (like me for 30+ years) are *relieved* to see someone erecting firewalls against things like CRT and its latest successor ideologies. I won't look away. I'll actually join with and help "the right" in this regard.
