Yeah, the notion that we must "reach out" and "unite" when black folks were killed without repercussions, Latinas had reproductive organs removed, babies were stolen, & actual Nazis running people over, is a manipulation cloaked in moral superiority, & enables white supremacy.
"Unity" is not an end unto itself. Justice, equity, and liberation are ends worth pursuing. If we can be united in working toward those goals, wonderful. But if not, then justice, equity, and liberation should not be treated as secondary in order to pursue unity.

We cannot have unity without justice, top to bottom. We cannot have unity without equality, and accountability. Any notion otherwise is just the racist status quo, more concerned with white feelings than dead lives.
