BREAKING: The Supreme Court refuses to expedite the PA GOP's appeal of a state court decision allowing all mail ballots to be counted. Alarmingly, three justices have left open the door to hearing the case after Nov. 3 should late-arriving ballots tip the outcome of the race.
As of now, mail-in ballots in Pennsylvania that are mailed by election day and received by Nov. 6 WILL be counted. Justices Alito, Thomas, and Gorsuch have left open the possibility of overturning the PA Supreme Court and not counting ballots received after 8:00 PM on Nov. 3.
