Received your mail ballot but haven't returned it yet? USPS recommends mailing back your ballot by 
TODAY in order to ensure that it will be received in time to be counted.

This doesn't mean your ballot won't be counted if you mail it back tomorrow or later. But mail delays are still prevalent and some states refuse to accept ballots that are postmarked before election day if they're received after Nov. 3rd. If possible, err on the side of caution!

This is a horrible tweet. Today DOES NOT ensure your vote will get counted. Today is probably too late to mail it! Find another way, like dropping it off.
Mail is taking over a week in some places to be delivered and in some state, ballots postmarked on or before Election Day that are received after Election Day will NOT be counted. It’s not worth the risk...drop off your ballot or vote in person!
