I’m not a lawyer but this looks a little suspect... Aren’t the other two judges arguing that the ‘virtuous citizens’ concept should curtail the 2a rights of felons and she dissented?

It doesn’t appear that any of the judges supported ‘virtuous citizens’ as a restriction on voting and jury service - they were only referring to it as it existed at the time, no?
