During her time in the House and Senator, Blackburn has co-sponsored multiple resolutions to amend the Constitution to ban same-sex marriage, to require a balanced budget, and to limit the size of the Supreme Court. But none of that counts apparently.
A Constitutional amendment to deny people equal rights? Not only is that perfectly valid to Sen. Blackburn, she's been proposing it since she first got to Congress in 2003. But an amendment to limit disenfranchisement or voter suppression? That's beyond the pale for her.
