On this day in 2014, just 5 days after #MichaelBrown was killed, Phoenix Police took #MichelleCusseaux's life during a mental health call. Michelle’s mother carried Michelle’s coffin to city hall, demanding “Someone is going to recognize that my daughter was killed by police.”
