The video I saw had nothing to do with de-escalation. It had to do with Rolfe maneuvering Brooks to where he could arrest him.

Why arrest him? Let him go to his sister house! You have his f** car & registration! Meet him at his house& lecture. we saw a white man beat two police with their baton, then get in the police car & drive off. Don’t worry he’s still alive.

It is not the policies. It is not the training. It is the people they are hiring. Once hired, the problem is the union and the blue wall of silence. Dismantling the unions will drive accountability and stringent hiring more of the right people destroys the wall of silence.
