    45 years ago today was the last ever day I would spend with my mother Wilma McCann. If I had known that she would go out in the evening and never return I may have held her a little longer, spoken a little longer and told her how much I loved her. Cherish every moment.

    This is the face of someone who just spent 9 hours in personal protective equipment moving critically ill Covid19 patients around London. I feel broken - and we are only at the start. I am begging people, please please do social distancing and self isolation

    Great to have people like speaking out for an oppressed group

    Its Trans Pride day today. Our Trans community are having a tough time and don't have the same level of acceptance as other communities. This is a very public way that they get to say We will not be outcasts. Have a great day!

    Sickened by the story of the Gay couple beaten for refusing to kiss on a London bus. I'm a straight Male and dont understand why in 2019 we have homophobia. I taught my kids about love not hate wtf are other parents doing?

    I've been asked to do a Keynote Speech and then an after dinner Speech at the same conference. Have any of you had a similar experience and if so how to avoid the obvious pitfalls? Alternatively, is it a potential banana skin you'd avoid?
