    It really sounds like common sense, but for some people (especially elders) it's not. If a company like FedEx, or any sort of courier, is attempting to contact you this way, call them directly if in doubt. And don't forget to warn whoever sent you that SMS that they are infected.

    As a final note: Never trust links that come embedded in SMS's from unknown numbers, no matter they are writing you by your name like you'd never trust emails from unknown senders with promising quantities of money.
