  4. It's such a catchy title that the more anyone questions what a Night Czar is or what her direct contribution is, the more the phrase sticks

  13. Primary was tbf v unregulated and thus hard to poll but still, this feels like an election where we should really care about poll surprises

  14. (With the exception of Ipsos whose last survey got the top 3 order right)

  15. So when polls get things right (U.S. election, Brexit) people say they got it wrong but when they fuck up the french primary everyone shrugs
