    So... I was just thinking. This is pure speculation bc I'm not a political analyst or anything, but if Newsome lost the recall and Elder was voted into office, I don't think the BTS concert would be happening here bc Elder would've vetoed the vaccine mandate.

    Is it 100% safe? Probably not. But I would reckon it's still Mostly Safe. Also, I'm not a doctor, but I do keep up with the news and the vaccination rate of LA. I'm someone who's been badly ill before, I don't want to get that way again so I make sure to keep on top of things.

    BTS declared that they're vaccinated at the UN, they have become global spokespeople for vaccine safety. As such, they wouldn't be participating in a potential superspreader event. I doubt that HYBE would allow BTS and their staff to travel to the US and back without precautions.

    CA's population is around 40 million, so it means around 20 million people are vaccinated. Most of the vaccinated ppl are likely in densely populated cities and counties, including LA.

    Also want to point out, CA has the biggest population in the US, there are literally more people here than there are in some countries. More ppl does mean that there are bigger case numbers, but it also means a highly vaccinated population bc roughly 50% of CA is vaccinated.

    IMO this is most likely why BTS/HYBE feels safe letting BTS come to perform here. LA has one of the strictest mandates in the nation, not to mention some of the highest vaccination rates. Let's all keep each other safe!

    Btw anyone coming to Los Angeles for the , the vaccine mandate will be in effect starting 11/4. All indoor venues will be requiring proof of vaccination, including SoFi, hotels, restaurants, gyms, etc. Bring your vaccination cards and have it saved on your phone!

    Came to the terrible realization that me diving back in repeatedly to try to get at least one more BTS ticket is basically Boimler redoing the Borg drill over and over. All this time, I thought I was a Mariner... but I was a Boimler all along.
