    This is a big deal as the so-called has clearly been breached today! Chair appears to chastise by saying that rules of procedure are not to be invoked lightly.

    Has voted for the first time in many years at 's instigation. has lost the vote to postpone agenda item 4a by a huge majority of 30 to 5 (8 abstentions). Will be very interesting to see if there will be more votes this week now!!

    says they have been able to reduce drug production but demand remains a problem. Will work by air, land & river to fight the drug trade. Coca leaf production has fallen from 20% to 11% of regional output which demonstrates the approach is working.
