    If you're like me, you've seen a bunch of reminders to hydrate before Yom Kippur. People have plenty of reasons to drink liquids on Yom Kippur and even a bissel nosh. It's not about forgiving yourself or granting yourself "grace," it's about pikuach nefesh and pragmatism.
