    Si no entendemos por qué las empresas prefieren contratar a temporales en vez de usar otras figuras (fijo discontinuo, por ejemplo), difícilmente se puede hacer una reforma de éxito. En apunté algunas razones:

    From my reading of just published or to be published papers on inequality effects of covid, I drew this table. Take it with more than a grain of salt: we do not have data from many countries to be able to tell what is actually happening. But as a first guess it may be useful.

    For many developing economies the pandemic is projected to have a lasting impact on their income. The projected per capita income in 2022 for these countries is substantially below what was projected prior to the pandemic, unlike the fast recoveries in advanced economies.
