    What's the difference between recreation, and leisure?? From Friday, we can travel out of our council area (within Scotland) for "outdoor socialising, recreation, or informal exercise" - but "not for wider purposes - such as leisure, shopping, visiting hospitality premises..."

    I’ll give a update at 12 noon. I’ll report on progress & confirm we’re firmly on track for substantial re-opening of economy on 26 April. We’ve also been considering whether any earlier changes to support mental health & wellbeing are possible & I’ll update on that too.
