    According to the horror fans on Twitter, Pinhead was originally female in the books, but the eldritch sex-and-pain horror was played by a male actor in Hellraiser 2. I guess something was left on the... ...cutting room floor.

    If anyone's confused about the gender of , I'd tell them to chill out, because they'll have eternity to know his/her/their flesh.

    Bounding into Comics is trying to argue that Pinhead isn't a woman by taking a paragraph where Pinhead is described as gender non-binary and contrasting it with the appearance of a sepetate Cenobite who appears pages later. BiC is progressive to say any gender can play Pinhead.
