    “Water is the bleeding edge of adaptation ... and drives greater mitigation”!!!

    Add water!! For mitigation AND adaptation. Make adaptation, where water is the bleeding edge, a priority across the board too. We’re late but can accelerate all kinds of great things happening locally both to protect communities directly and drive greater mitigation.
