    Though Louisiana will no longer have a stay at home order in place in Phase One, we are all safer at home. There are still more than 9,000 COVID-19 cases in Louisiana, and I urge everyone to social distance, wear a mask and practice good hygiene when out in public.

    It's possible, and important, to get out and get some fresh air while social distancing. Taking a walk around your neighborhood has a number of benefits, including boosting your mood. Just make sure to keep your distance from others.
