    Comfort's been working hard to lose weight on a 1400 calories per day lifestyle change. So far she's lost 23lbs with another 31 to go to reach her goal weight of 145. She's starting to be able to wear her old clothes and she's feeling great!!! Hooray for fruits and veggies ❤️
