Hi Melissa, we’re sorry we missed your tweet. Thank you for your interest in visiting. Unfortunately our tours are not available in ASL, as all of our tour guides are volunteers with a direct connection to the events of 9/11.
We do offer options for deaf visitors. All videos in our museum are closed captioned, including the several kiosks throughout the museum you can use to watch hundreds of videos of people talk about their first-hand personal experiences with 9/11.

In addition, all visitors on tours are given headsets to listen to our guides, and we also offer audio tours which allow you to listen on your own devices which may be an option for those who are hard of hearing. We hope that helps!
