A1303 is the Japanese version. The interesting point is Chinese version of the A1325‘s App Store is hidden by default, you can enable it in settings with iTunes Store

Interesting... but how does that work if the a1325 doesn’t have WiFi? The store wouldn’t load, I’d presume?

You can only the cellular to get internet connection. All mobile phones sold in mainland China before 2010 did not have Wi-Fi capabilities
