HE PINNED THIS. YOU THINK THIS IS A JOKE, DON’T YOU? IT’S NOT. HE MEANS IT. HE WILL CHANGE THE RULES AND HIS ENABLERS WILL LET HIM. IF HE WINS AGAIN, HE WILL RULE YOU UNTIL HE DIES, YOU DIE, OR BOTH. THEN...YOU’LL GET IVANKA.

Two Senators who voted to acquit Trump for trying to coerce a foreign power to investigate his political rival are now undertaking to investigate the political rival for something that happened in 2013, after they didn't investigate him in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019.

Romney’s principled decision makes this the first bipartisan vote to convict and remove a president in American history. Even though it looks like 52 to acquit and 48 to remove, this is a landmark of ignominy for Trump.

"Many GOP colleagues agree he is reckless and unfit. They admit his lies, acknowledge what he did was wrong, and know more evidence is coming. Watching the mental contortions they perform to justify their votes is painful to behold." - Sherrod Brown

An autocratic executive elected with a minority of the vote was just acquitted by a Senate also elected by a minority & a judiciary appointed by two presidents who, you guessed it, were elected by a minority of the vote. It’s safe to say the US no longer qualifies as a democracy.

The 48 senators who just voted to convict & remove Trump represent 18 million more Americans than the 52 senators who just voted to acquit him. We'll remember every single one of their names. They're complicit in Trump's lawlessness & abuse of power.
