Oh my. Isn't that what White Hollywood has been telling Latinos FOR DECADES? Why is it so very hard for this to be acknowledged as a problem and addressed? It can easily be solved. Why the reluctance and sidestepping about people who are one of your OWN? Not a good look.

yup. reminds me of losin my sht bc my old boss told a lab mtg full of ppl we couldn't fix sexism in science bc it would be 'like trying to boil the ocean' nevermind how far women have come (yea, still a way to go) & that we actually are boiling the ocean... ppl gotta do better!!
