...on the flipside, I think that it is beyond cowardly to abandon kids they know to be theirs. You do NOT have to have a relationship with the mother,but your kids deserve to have an active dad...

It is fucked up that if a man has a paternity test proving he is NOT the father of a child AFTER he is hit for Child Support,he has zero legal standing in several states to have said obligations dropped nor any way to get the money back he paid into it....
