I still really enjoy the core loop of the game, but they need to adjust that item usage curve.
agreed. the core gameplay loop is fine. that falloff of item usage is brutal. seems like a "looks fine in excel" problem

example scenario: pidgey spawns, cp10 for everyone, cp320 for you - everyone catches in one ball and keeps walking

you go “wait up guys” as you have to feed it razz and throw more balls at it to hopefully catch it
