I do well hiding this on stream and with make up... but this has been destroying my confidence lately and I'm sick of it... making all my doctors appointments tonight... can't stand to look in the mirror anymore

fellow bad skin person chiming in and the most helpful things I use are cheap/easy to get & make: - lemon water daily - zinc picolinate vitamins - polysporin for bad spots (it has zinc too) - http://www.target.com/p/burt-s-bees-herbal-complexion-stick-0-26oz/-/A-12465812 … <this worked until my skin got used to it - oil free moisturizer
my skin is still bad, but these things help/helped me most consistently. also, just a metric fuck ton of water intake but I often forget this part :|
