Unfortunately even with more gun control, it’s likely to still happen. I’m not against it, I just don’t think it’s the end all to the prob.
But here's the point everyone who argues for it tries to make: Why aren't we trying? Clearly thoughts, prayers, and hope won't do anything.

Well of course prayers don’t do shit. My whole prohibition analogy is that when something is controlled, people want to break the control.
