Why do men get so grossed out by period talk?
To be fair they are kind of gross. I've never been like, "wow I'm so glad I have this going on right now."

Me too. Which is kind of my point. Empathy is really for other people if the topic makes them uncomfortable I guess?

I meant more of I just don't mention it. If the tables were flipped, I wouldn't want to listen to anyone talk about leaking bodily fluids.
