Really fond of the idea of trying pesco-pollo vegetarian. Anyone ever tried it or some other variation? Not looking for vegan though, sry.

depends on how you change your diet. I don't really eat any different than I did before. Just have meat alternatives
well I already eat mostly only chicken. It'd just be a getting rid of cheese/egg stuff that'd be pretty different.
