Really fond of the idea of trying pesco-pollo vegetarian. Anyone ever tried it or some other variation? Not looking for vegan though, sry.

I basically did that for about a year. I liked it, tried to get farm fresh chicken, or fresh caught fish.

I honestly only want the fish part because I cringe at the idea of life without sushi. I don't really eat cooked fish.
