Is it worth going to small claims court for Amazon not refunding me for a $500 item that I returned and that tracking says they received? Is it a hard process and do I need a lawyer or what :(
I have no idea what you do in this situation but $500 is a fuck ton of money to be denied like that. Kind of cementing the fact that I don’t love the idea of spending more than a couple hundred on Amazon items. Big noted.

yeah DONT DO IT! this happened to me last year too and it was for $700 but that time UPS screwed up but they wouldn't do anything, and amazon also refused to refund me even tho it wasn't my fault
