It's so disheartening that these days, spewing vitriol under the guise of "providing feedback" is so prominent. The ability to provide actionable, constructive and valuable feedback is a skill that takes time to cultivate but if you can master it, everyone benefits.

A large portion of my job is giving feedback. Constructive, solidified, and non-feelings based feedback (learning how takes many months, by the way). I can assure you not everyone writes "constructive criticism" when they think they are. But nice try~
