For those that adopted dogs, how did you do it? I've put in 20 applications and haven't heard back. I'm getting sick of this. What an I doing wrong? I WANT A PUPPER!
I’ve adopted cats, not dogs, but have you tried adoption agencies or fairs at pet stores? I see adoptions going on pretty much every weekend whenever I get cat food.

We went to the event last week at the dog park in Irvine and they weren't doing on site adoptions. :( Put in a bunch of apps though.

I'd check Petco and PetsMart websites for on-site adoption days.
