I can't really see a scenario where Nintendo don't come out with a Switch revision at some point in 2021, given their track record with those. They've stated they want/expect Switch to have a long life - I doubt they'd want to let any momentum falter before introducing a refresh.
New Switch model should be announced by March 2021 and may come out from April 2021, Q1FY22 IMO, Nintendo may have changed its strategy plans and postpone the new Switch model release in Q2FY22

It should be coming, they could’ve just said 2021. Why anytime soon? Even if it wasn’t coming this year, and maybe next, they could’ve said 2021 lol. Unlesss, same thing with the switch lite occurring here
They wouldn't just say 2021 because then that would affect the sales of the Mario Anniversary Switch and the Monster Hunter Switch, since most people would refrain from buying those if they knew a new model was coming later this year.
