Why isn’t the postage voided like all other packages once received by originating post office? Also, is that enough postage for a package that large/heavy? All packages look the exactly same that were delivered all over the country. Do all have same originating return address?

Employees say it was likely dropped in mailbox. Postage was not enough for weight of pkg.
