Cases could be higher if we didn’t implement them....but in general I agree. The places where a lot of spread is happening are not the grocery stores and such where masks are required; it’s social gatherings where people aren’t distancing and likely not wearing masks either.

That’s 31% of all active cases in the province identified in that last 3 days - remembering it takes at least 14 days for a case to become “recovered”. That’s a massive, scary jump.
