Agree!! Seemed the interviews missed the critical point - why do girls (and many boys, too) dislike STEM? Specific to Coding - it REQUIRES Limiting Social Interaction. You are “forced” to focus on a machine, not another person. For many kids = BORING!

20 years in tech, retired now, you don't know how correct you are. 30 in ancient in this culture that worships youth. The other secret, unless you are in the top 10% of the field the big money doesn't look so good when it comes with 80 hour weeks and social isolation.
