    *This* is clearly what Sens. Ernst and Alexander meant about Trump "learning his lesson": he's created a Nixonian enemies list of career civil servants who he wants imprisoned for being whistleblowers, answering valid subpoenas, or giving interviews involving non-classified info.

    Schiff's closing argument in the Trump impeachment trial was one for the ages. Would not surprise me if it's taught someday as the seminal opposition speech from this era in presidential (and Republican party) history.
