    Looking at the aquajogging training plan I found, I should have done 2x5x2'30, 30s recovery. So I took it too easy. Meh. First time.

    2 weeks on crutches, and a vitamin D shot. I can swim, and cycle in 2 weeks, and walk/run in 5 to 6 weeks.
