Over the past months, and I have been researching the activities of an online neo nazi group. They're joining the Armed Forces, infiltrating Conservative parties, and working to create a white ethno-state. Here's what we found.

It bears repeating here: The FQS, a white nationalist hate group, appears to have done a favorable policy analysis on the CAQ's proposed immigration reform law, and CAQ deputy entered it into the public record at the National Assembly.

A deputy of Quebec's ruling CAQ party, , deposed a statement from an open Neo-Nazi group, Federation des Quebecois de Souche, into the official record. FQS wrote in support of Bill 9, the CAQ plan to overhaul the immigration system and make it more restrictive.

On day 2 of the strike, just to underscore why this matters, there is ONLY ONE journalism program (at the University of Regina) that requires that employers pay student interns.

Along with the neighborhood's housing committee, Comité BAILS, other organizations have come out in opposition to the condos, including L'Anonyme and Dopamine, which work to create a safe environment for drug users. Their communiqué, in French:

The area of Hochelaga where OSHA plans to construct luxury condos has, until recently, been an area where sex workers and drug users have been largely tolerated by police. As the condos advance, activists say that police have engaged in a "social cleansing" crackdown.

This all comes after the comdo developer attempted, on february 5th, to hold a "friends of OSHA" event with local community organizations. Not a single organization showed up to support the project, and the event was cancelled.

The people who show up to attend OSHA condo's open-house as potential buyers are entering the building under police escort, being booed by the crowd. They're also being given anti-OSHA flyers.

You might remember OSHA as having been the condo company that marketed itself using the symbolism of colonial expansion. The billboard in question were vandalized and later taken down by the company.

Today is the public launch of OSHA condos, a massive condo project in the poorest section of Montreal's Hochelaga neighborhood. About 200 people are outside the offices chanting anti-gentrification slogans

A statement from the Canadian Freelance Union in solidarity with the student strike against unpaid internships. Unpaid internships drive down journalists' wages across the board. If we want the media to be accessible, it's time to end them.

For the first time ever, journalism students at Concordia are going on strike. Our general assembly voted unanimously to strike against unpaid internships. So proud of the courage of my colleagues. It's up to us to make this field accessible for all.
